It allows users to create, personalise, organise, and share itineraries, collaborate with others, comment on plans, explore trips on a map, save inspiration, revisit past trips and places, and take part in optional challenge or points-based features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Triplore, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are between 13 and 17 years old.

You must not use Triplore if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using Triplore, you confirm that:

you have read and understood these Terms;

4.4 Account Closure — You may close or delete your account at any time through the relevant settings within the Service, where available. When your account is deleted, your access to the Service will end and we will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.5 Suspension or Termination by Us — We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or remove content, if we reasonably believe that: you have breached these Terms; you have used the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; your use creates risk for other users, third parties, or the Service; or suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, or our legal interests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Triplore only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service.

You must not: use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading purpose; upload, post, share, or transmit content that is false, infringing, obscene, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable; impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or relationship with any person or entity; upload or share content you do not have the right to use; scrape, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where permitted by law; interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service; introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; use the Service to spam, send unsolicited communications, or manipulate engagement; use the Service to collect data about other users without their permission; or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content — You may be able to submit, upload, create, store, share, or publish content through Triplore, including itineraries, comments, destinations, notes, travel preferences, images, videos, links, challenge responses, usernames, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you are responsible for it.

6.3 Licence You Give Us — To operate, improve, and provide the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, display, perform, communicate, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely for purposes connected with operating, providing, securing, improving, promoting, and supporting Triplore. This licence ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except to the extent that: content has been shared with other users and they have not deleted it; retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance; or limited copies remain in routine backup systems for a reasonable period.

6.4 Shared and Collaborative Content — Where you invite others to view, comment on, or collaborate on an itinerary or other content, you understand that the content may become visible to those users and may continue to be accessible to them in line with the functionality of the Service. You are responsible for deciding what you share and with whom.

7. Comments, Collaboration, and Social Features

Triplore includes social and collaborative features. You agree that when using comments, shared itineraries, collaborative planning tools, and other social features, you will behave respectfully and lawfully.

We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to user content or social interactions where we reasonably consider it appropriate.

We are not responsible for the views, opinions, accuracy, or conduct of other users.

Travel conditions, prices, opening hours, local laws, visa rules, weather, safety, transport availability, and booking requirements can change quickly.

8.3 Your Responsibility — You are solely responsible for: checking travel requirements and restrictions; verifying transport, accommodation, opening times, pricing, and availability; making your own decisions about safety, legality, timing, and suitability; and ensuring that your plans are appropriate for your group and circumstances. Triplore does not provide travel agency services, immigration advice, legal advice, safety guarantees, or insurance.

8.4 Third-Party Content and Links — The Service may allow you to paste or upload links or content from third-party services, including social media or travel content platforms. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed: the total amount paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or if you have not paid us anything, £100.

17. Indemnity

If you use Triplore in breach of these Terms or in a way that causes us to face a claim, complaint, investigation, or legal demand, you agree to reimburse us for losses, costs, and expenses reasonably incurred as a result, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach of law.

18. Deletion of Content and Account Data

When you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to: legal and regulatory obligations; fraud prevention and security needs; dispute resolution and enforcement requirements; technical limitations; and content that has been shared with other users or incorporated into collaborative areas of the Service.
